Station X-13
A complete descent into a dead station, in the time it takes to drink a coffee, with nothing to prepare.
Station X-13 has gone silent. You land there alone, the androids on board have caught something, and you have six hit points left to cross the station and reach the control room. You open a door, the station grows by one room, you choose the next. Most investigators do not come back out.

A station drawn during a game. Thirteen rooms, six doors never opened, and the line that runs from the hangar to the control room. It takes shape door after door, as you play.
How to play
Five things to know
The whole game fits on this page. There is nothing to read before starting.
-
Spread three points
Strength, Agility, Intelligence. You start with six hit points. There is nothing else to prepare.
-
Open a door
Two dice give the room, two dice its contents, two dice what happens to you there.
-
The station grows
Each room is added to the plan, with its doors. You have nothing to draw and nothing to write down.
-
Choose your door
The doors you leave behind you pile up. Deciding which one to continue through is your only real decision.
-
Reach the control room
Or fall before. A descent ends quickly, and you can start another one right away.
The rolls
Three tables, two dice
Each room is rolled three times: its type, its contents, then the event. Here is the first.
| 2d6 | Room | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | Armoury | You automatically get a blaster. |
| 3-4 | Storage bay | Roll twice on the contents table, ignoring combat results on the second roll. |
| 5-6 | Crew quarters | Strength or Agility roll to open the door. |
| 7-8 | Corridor | Three more doors on the plan. |
| 9-10 | Technical room | Intelligence roll to gain access. |
| 11 | Infirmary | You automatically get a first aid kit. |
| 12 | Control room | You have won. |
